Heading into Week 5 of the NFL season, not only can you struggle to set your lineups due to injuries, but four teams also have byes. The good news is that there are players who are still sitting on waivers that are set up to have a big fantasy day this weekend. If you’re in a pinch, here are five players to consider adding from the Waiver Wire title in Week 5.

QB Deshaun Watson, Cleveland Browns

Deshaun Watson Has yet to pass 200 yards or score more than 16 fantasy points in a game this season, but things should get easier for him moving forward. Not only that but he will get the TE back David Njoku Soon, but the Browns could finally keep their starting offensive line intact this weekend — both offensive tackles Jedrick Wills And Jack Conklin and starting center Ethan Posick Returned to practice this week. Over the next three weeks, Watson will face three weak defenses: Washington Commander, Philadelphia Eagles And Cincinnati Bengals.

If Watson can’t put together a good game behind a healthy offensive line this Sunday against the Commanders, we may see Jameis Winston Under center sooner rather than later.

Arabic Trey Sermon, Indianapolis Colts

Colts running back, Jonathan TaylorWill likely miss this week while recovering from a sprained ankle at the end of Week 4. When Taylor missed time last season, Shane Steichen used only one back at a time most of the time. Taylor missed weeks 1-4 and weeks 13-15 in 2024 — Dion Jackson Played 71% of the Colts’ offensive snaps in Week 1, Jack Moss Played 84% of the snaps from Weeks 2-4 and then 90% of the snaps in Weeks 13-14 before getting hurt early in Week 15. Trey Sermon Saw a career-high 17 carries in Week 15 when Taylor and Moss were both injured.

Sermon should see a lot of volume, and all the goal-line work in Week 5 in a good matchup. D Jacksonville Jaguars Allowed a running back to score more than 15 fantasy points through four weeks this season.

With four teams on byes, and multiple injuries throughout the running back position, Sarmon is a tough starting option this week.

WR Dontavion Weeks, Green Bay Packers

with Christian Watson 4 week first trimester drop due to ankle injury, Dontavion Weeks Played a season-high 76% of Green Bay’s offensive snaps, while leading the Packers with a career-high 13 targets and two touchdowns. Weeks leads the NFL with seven red-zone and four end-zone targets in Week 4.

Watson is not expected to play in Week 5, which opens the door for Weeks to take the field for most passing snaps this Sunday. Los Angeles Rams. For the first three weeks of the season, the Rams were allowed Jawan Jennings, Marvin Harrison Jr And Jameson Williams Each put up 24 fantasy points against them. Weeks teammate, Jaden Reed One of my favorite fantasy dramas this week, but both have room for a big performance.

WR Jordan Whittington, Los Angeles Rams

Sixth round rookie Jordan Whittington His playing time increased drastically in Week 4 when he was on the field for 96.7% of the Rams’ offensive snaps. Whittington led the Rams with 31 route runs, eight targets and six receptions in a tough game last Sunday. Chicago Bears. Whittington also saw one of the team’s two end zone targets in Week 4.

Whittington and the Rams face the Packers in Week 5, who have allowed at least one wide receiver to score 15-plus points every week this season — both Jordan Addison And Justin Jefferson Scored over 20 fantasy points against them last Sunday.

D Eric All Jr, Cincinnati Bengals

The arrow is pointing for a fourth-round rookie tight end Eric All Jr Who played a career-high 59.7% of the Bengals’ offensive snaps in Week 4. Averaged 2.34 yards per route this season, the most among Bengals players and the second-highest among tight ends across the NFL (minimum 30 routes run).

All would likely have been drafted before the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft had he not torn his ACL in October 2023. It’s impressive how quickly he’s been able to bounce back and earn playing time in the NFL.

All Jr. isn’t a great option for starting fantasy lineups right now, especially considering he’s got a tough matchup against Baltimore Ravens This week, but the breakout could come sooner rather than later. If your fantasy roster struggles at the tight end position, as many do, you should be stashing all the juniors on your bench right now. If his snaps and routes continue to increase this week, he could be a viable option to start in Week 6 New York Giants.
