Offensive Player of the Week: WR Travis Hunter, Colorado Buffaloes

Hunter played a total of 134 snaps in Week 9 and had the biggest impact on the game as a pass rusher. He earned a PFF receiving grade of 83.9 and averaged 17 yards per reception against Cincinnati. Hunter caught all nine of his targets for 153 yards and two touchdowns. That’s on top of an additional 64 snaps on defense. His overall PFF offensive grade of 86.1 was good enough to be named the Week 9 Offensive Player of the Week.


Defensive Player of the Week: CB D’Angelo Ponds, Indiana Hoosiers

The James Madison transfer had his best game for the Hoosiers, earning an overall PFF grade of 93.1. Ponds recorded two interceptions, one of which was a pick-six, and three of his four tackles resulted in offensive failures. He allowed just four yards of coverage, resulting in an elite PFF coverage grade of 93.5.


Offensive Line of the Week: Kansas State Wildcats

Kansas State’s offensive line helped lead the team to a hard-fought 29-27 win over Kansas, giving quarterback Avery Johnson time to throw in crucial moments. The five-man unit allowed just one sack in 72 snaps, earning an elite pass-blocking grade of 91.5. Four Wildcat starters posted excellent pass-blocking performances.
