Cubs show toughness to take down PCA, Suzuki, Shota LA

LOS ANGELES — The Cubs and Dodgers have both made big splashes over the past few offseasons by signing big-name Japanese players. Chicago brought in outfielder Seiya Suzuki before the 2022 season, then signed left-hander Shota Imanaga last winter, when the Dodgers made a two-way commitment of more than $1 billion.
