Fry battle, offense stalls as Braves fall one game behind Mets in WC race

WASHINGTON — Wednesday was a tough day for the Braves in the nation’s capital. They learned in the afternoon that they will be without one of their top starters until the final weekend of the regular season, because of shoulder inflammation that forced Reynaldo Lopez from his Tuesday start.
