When the Australian media asked India’s media manager why Jadeja didn’t stay to answer their questions, he said the team bus had to leave. Therefore, the player cannot stay any longer.
This was not an official and binding press conference and the Indian team’s media management had only set a limited time period. Thus, it was not mandatory for Jadeja to ensure that every journalist present at the event received answers to their questions.
A few days ago, iconic Indian batter Virat Kohli also got into a heated argument with journalists at the Melbourne airport. Kohli had to intervene and prevent his family, especially children, from being filmed at the airport.
