RCB star Ellyse Perry plays with a young fan in a rewarding cricket moment. Look

The Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) is in full swing and it’s a star Australian all-rounder. Ellis Perry made a young fan’s day. Perry, who plays for the Sydney Sixers, took time out of her WBBL schedule to pass a couple of balls to a young fan who was wearing a shirt with her name and number on the back. This rewarding moment was witnessed by several people, many of whom were also young children. Perry is one of the most popular female cricketers in the world.

First, Perry tossed a couple of balls under the arm of a young fan who was holding a bat. She then high-fived the fan before picking him up.

Perry, 34, is considered one of the best all-rounders in women’s cricket. Representing Australia, she has won two ODI World Cup titles and six T20 World Cup titles.

She also plays for the Royal Challengers Bangaluru (RCB) women’s team in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) and helped the franchise win its first-ever league title in both men’s and women’s cricket in 2024. She was hired by the franchise ahead of the WPL. 2025.

Perry is currently the top scorer in the WBBL 2024 with 315 points from six games at a strike rate of over 150. She has also scored three fifties. However, despite Perry’s heroics, the Sydney Sixers sit fifth in the league table, just behind the top four who qualified for the play-offs.

Perry is not only one of Australia’s greatest female cricketers (she averages 50 in WODI) but is also an all-round athlete. Perry also boasts a soccer career, having represented Australia at the 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup, where she even scored her country’s only goal in the quarter-finals.
