Tarun signs extension with Rangers, promoted to president of baseball ops

The Texas Rangers announced Friday that the team has signed Chris Young to a multi-year contract extension. Young, who joined the Rangers organization as executive vice president and general manager in December 2020, was also promoted to president of baseball operations. The 45-year-old took over the leadership of the young team
