‘Two losers…’: Virat Kohli’s social media post leaves fans worried

Star player of the Indian cricket team Virat KohliA post on social media ahead of the Test series against Australia has left many fans worried. Kohli is currently in Australia, where the first Test match begins on Friday, and he has been practicing hard at the net. It was not the best year for the veteran cricketer as he struggled to score runs in the Test series against New Zealand while India lost 0-3 in the three-match series. Kohli took to social media to announce the tenth anniversary of his clothing brand Wrogn. However, the wording of the social media post left many fans confused.

“Looking back, we were always a little different. We never fit into any box they tried to put us in. Two losers who just got together. We’ve changed over the years, but we’ve always done things our way. Some called us crazy; others didn’t get it,” Virat Kohli wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

“But honestly? We didn’t care. We’ve been busy figuring out who we are. Ten years of ups and downs, and even a pandemic couldn’t shake us. If anything, it reminded us that being different is our strength. for ten years of us acting wrong, for being wrong. And for the next ten years, for doing the wrong thing for the right person,” the post concluded.

Ahead of the first Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test, Ricky Ponting praised talisman Virat Kohli, calling him an absolute superstar of the game who is deeply passionate about his game, which in turn has earned him a lot of respect in Australia.

“Kohli is a star. He’s a superstar, been a superstar of the game for so long. He’s passionate about how he plays. He loves his team passionately. He wants to win and plays with heart.

“This is what superstar players are creating and creating all over the world. And there are many different degrees of this. This is what superstar players around the world generate and create. And there are many different degrees of this.

“You think about other players, like when Steve Smith goes to the UK (United Kingdom) and he gets booed when he comes on the court. I mean, it’s all, I think, part of the theater that comes with international sport,” Ponting said at the ICC review show.
